2139 Just noticed this carrier, good signal, but no modulation yet.
2140 Music started
2145 WJDI ID, mention of 2,500 watts. (WJDI was a well known AM pirate in 1620 back in the day)

2147 UTC- Signal is barely making it above the noise in WNY. Hearing music at times but fading in and out.

At 2205:  Lots of noise and not too much signal in Wyomissing.  Heard two POBox addresses, but could not understand what was said.

Currently a male vocal that I don't recognize.

I had a real "WTH" moment when I saw the call letters in the post title? Then I saw "relay". Damned bifocals!

I had to listen to the ID several times to make sure I wasn't hearing things. The announced 2,500 watts probably helps roughly date when the recording was made.
