CNR1 11580 AM 0635 UTC 25 Oct. 2018
« on: October 25, 2018, 1912 UTC »
Scanned around the 11 Mhz band late last night and found CNR1 on 11580 kHz in Chinese, running parallel to 11750 kHz and 9675 kHz in that hour. This isn't a listed frequency for CNR; it seems to be here specifically to jam/cover up Sound of Hope's scheduled relay of RFA on that frequency at that time. The SOH relay wasn't audible at all.

The CNR1 signal on 11580 kHz was good overall and was off by 0700 UTC.
