This, along with another group of SSB operators and over the horizon radar, are mixing with Old Time Radio on 6770 kHz AM.  Too much QRM to make out exactly what language I'm hearing but I'm 95% sure its South American Spanish.  Heard via SigmaSDR KiwiSDR on the CT/MA border.

EDIT: at 2117 UTC - signal improved -- I think this might be another radiotelephone link...they are known to be found in this region.  Very informal chatter...hard to tell for sure
