6695.5 USB and 6703 USB both active with Spanish language operators chatting away...I do not believe these are telephone links I think they're just freebanders or people operating radios without licenses (maybe they are licensed) in a remote village somewhere.  Who knows.  I have heard 6695 and nearby frequencies several times in the past.  Signals are too weak to really make anything useful out...
