6985 kHz 6.985 MHz USB mode - more out of band Spanish speaking traffic just below the bottom edge of the 40 meter ham band.  The entire 6-7 MHz region is alive with signals from Latin America this evening...these also sound like amateur radio operators just using out of band frequencies - making them freebanders.
