Caught the moment of the very beginning of transmission on SDR screen and rolled over to the frequency. Good audio with UNID rock music. SINPO 44333 with some fading on RX in eastern Canada.

2221 TX off mid-song.

Late logging, heard live but I didn't have the chance to log them, so I went back to the SDR recording. Noted here from 2213 to 2221 UTC. Highly variable signal, from SIO 111 to 444. No ID heard.
