9475 KHZ @ 19:36 UTC 15 Dec 18 (13:36 CST Local) in English.   Blasting thru  at S15 with minimum fade and QRM.   Radio workshop discussion re:  CB, ham signals, CW beacons, etc.  Noise GREATLY increased at 19:58.   Became unlistenable by the top of the hour.   Never heard a station ID.

SINPO: Initially 5-5-5-4-5 but degenerated quickly
