9515 khz @ 20:10 utc 15 Dec 18 (14:10 cst local) in French.   Male announcers with narrative only.   No music until 20:25 when an interlude introduced 2 different announcers.   An acceptable but not a great signal.   Even static throughout. Moderate fade.
