Not sure where to put this so I put it in Shortwave Pirates. Spanish language programming, mentions of "Radio Habana Cuba" (and it does sound like a relay) however let's just say that I doubt that it is coming from there.

I hear it best on SDRs on the east coast of the US.

This has the same audio as RHC on 6060khz, so maybe some kind of spur/mixing product.

Thanks for checking. I'm fairly sure that what we hear on 6270 is not coming from Cuba.
