"Audobaun Society" and "migratory birds", signal is drifting steady and slowly down, talking about polar region, ionosphere and Northern Lights at 0247utc., talkin about HAARP...(if you ask me this guy has misplaced his aluminum collander hat), "Northern Relay Service" id at 0255utc.
