Great signal, S9 or so on the COMMSIGMA KiwiSDR.  6275.5 kHz or maybe 6275.49 kHz.  "This is Germany calling" at 2027 UTC.  Strong modulation

Rippin' huge S9+10 signal here in the Boston burbs, nice audio. Fast paced Euro style show with voice spots and music. Very interesting!
