Possibly Russian. I made a recording. How does anyone suggest I present the recording as I am new to this website? The recording is 3.1MB. :)

Probably upload it to a file sharing site and then post the link here. Or if you can upload it as a youtube video, that works too.

I second the YouTube recommendation, as that reaches a wider audience anyway.  Improved chances of getting a translation, especially if its not a somewhat common language.

Ok I made a video out of the audio file and uploaded to YouTube. But there is no way to copy there link to the posted video. I have tried several ways to copy the link. How do folk's provide a URL for a video posted at YouTube?

The dropbox links works well, and thanks for posting. I can't speak Russian or any other Slavic language, so what that's about I can't say. But it's interesting.

Anyway, as far as youtube goes, when you upload it will usually take a while to be fully processed by Youtube. After you hit the "PUBLISH" button and after it finishes processing, you should see a screen like the one in the image below. I post things to youtube all the time, and this is just one example. As you can see, there's a hyperlink in the box which you can copy and then paste into your comment.
