That song at 0124 UTC was strong enough to Shazam, and it came back as "Brizgalna Brizga" by Atomik Harmonik.

0125 UTC: A decent-sounding signal here as a new song starts.

0130 UTC: A song I recognize! "Flower" from Moby's "Play" album.

0133 UTC: Signal's drifting back into the noise here as a new song starts.
