Just found this while scanning the bands. It's at least one hour early per all the online schedules that I've found, and it's coming in with a completely solid signal (currently even better as I type this than it appears in the video).

I noticed that this was on before 1700, the time which I hypothesized might be when this was signing on. Will have to watch this part of the band more closely to see when they are starting this up. Currently getting broken copy but the signal seems to be getting stronger as of 1700z.

EDIT 1728z - signal never got any better and eventually grew too weak to lock.
