OTR 6770 AM 1148 UTC 23 Feb 2019

First noted at 1148 UTC with a threshold signal fading in and out of the noise floor
1159 UTC Signal suddenly jumped up to S6 peaks and "Adventures of Frank Race" with excellent audio and 100% copy

2157 UTC Cereal commercial, ID as "American Broadcasting Company", into "Turtle Walk"-Les Elgart
2200 UTC NBC ID, into an episode of "Six Shooter" starring James Stewart
