Mostly a carrier here with some threshold audio fading up, such as at 2234 UTC with "Teardrops"-Womack & Womack
2238 UTC Another nice fade up with "Bili"-Kanda Bongo Man
2243 UTC "Love Me 4 Me"-Vanessa Bongo
2250 UTC Signal has faded into the noise....

I was hearing them as well. According to the op, they're having transmitter issues, and are only running 25 watts, so an even better DX catch!
