Engineering Radio Blog - Spy Numbers
« on: September 21, 2011, 1459 UTC »
Engineering Radio is one of my favorite blogs. It's well written and I've learned quite a bit from Paul's various entries.
This morning he has an interesting discussion on spy numbers. Even if you've been chasing these stations for years, Paul's experiences during his military stint in Guam make it an interesting read.

Yup, great blog, and Paul has a knack for clarifying technical issues.

Another excellent source for info, particularly on FCC activity in free radio (mostly FM), is John Anderson's DIYmedia.net site.  I've had his news page  bookmarked via RSS feed for a few years now, and he updates it a few times a month with recent news regarding FCC enforcement, regulation, policy and related issues.
