And yet another radiosonde. I'll need to examine a recording to see what type it is.

Update: Another RS41, probably more air quality / ozone?

The first message was frame 7105 at 15:53:52 UTC,  implying a power on time of 13:54:27 UTC. Again it looks like a launch from Dulles.
