SDR recording catch. I think this could be RCW from Chile, but not sure. Confirmed with RCW that this was them, they were listening on my KiwiSDR in fact: Yes!!!.. RCW on air at 02:31 UTC. We saw it by SDR "Smolinski Digital Receiver"

0233 Music heard, some peaks to SIO 222 but mostly an SIO 111
0246 Someone speaking. Not sure of the language, could have been Spanish
0322 "Have You Seen Her" The Chi-Lites ?
