I hear it's the result of a rodent infestation... M&Ms (some call these rabbit droppings) and puppet-tracks  on the server harddrives and what-not.

Sometimes they won't read properly...  
I tell ya, clean it up and in six months it looks like we're right back to "Kukla, Fran and Ollie"
