CW message 'tr' sent repeatedly. Quite a bit of drift but a stable signal, below average fade, audible just above the noise at S7/S8 here in Mesa, AZ.

22:45 UTC - UNID becon on 6961.0 kHz CW repeating 000 (zero zero zero), signal S6 ~ S7;
22:59 UTC - switched to a continuous carrier;
23:00:30 UTC - ID: 000 (zero zero zero);
23:01 UTC - carrier switched off.
