Just like 6925, I can hear someone here (plus or minus) music, but to many static crashes to make it out.

Can hear audio in the top of the noise. Sounds like some kind of "Tarzan/Ape" dialog at around 0040. Not much fade just too much noise.

Sounds like relay of The Crystal Ship.  Started out hearing some unidentifiable falsetto singing around 0100z.  By 0120z able to copy The Radical's monologue from recent TCS show and "shots from the port side" slogan.
