SINPO: 22222 with peaks of 33333 on Penn State Uniiversity (University Park, PA) sdr with static and fades

Programs details:
Tango instrumental music with OM announcers and id. Good signal for an early
morning broadcast. Has some fades and hard to make out at times. Bet
interesting mix of music. Around 1309-ish lost station either fade out or signed out (?)
