10/2/08, 1324 UTC: Encrypted voice, 5522-5523 kHz, difficult to tune, seems to be USB.
1342 UTC: QRM from Spanish language QSO with whistling, two OM, in the clear, on top of continuing encrypted voice comms.

Someone's still using analog encryption? ???

Did it sound like an out-of-tune SSB comm or spread spectrum?
