10/3/08, 6925 USB, 0019-0112 UTC: First heard Steve Miller "Take the Money and Run", other unid songs, "Folsom Prison" (Johnny Cash or cover, not sure), Pink Floyd "Money", other songs on similar themes.  Various audio clips from pundit talking about New World Order conspiracy theories, similarities to Nazi era, etc.  Off at 0112z with female voice ID: "WPON.  The Weapon".
SINPO - 32322 (N. Central TX)
Thin audio, occasionally good signal, much fading and OTHR QRM.  Very brief QRM from a single Toynbee Radio transmission at 0040 UTC, different signal strength and audio quality, probably not part of WPON segment.
