10/4/08, 6925 USB, WPON - "The Weapon", back to back repeats of New World Order themed programming.
0100-0200 UTC and 0205-0305 UTC.  Songs with similar themes about money and political corruption: Steve Miller "Take the Money and Run"; "Debtor's Prison Blues"; "Cause of Death" by Immortal Technique; Pink Floyd "Money"; "Evil, Filthy, Rotten Conspiracy" by Carl Klang; others.  Included long narrative comparing social and political dynamics of Nazi era Germany with contemporary U.S. situation, particularly involving Middle Eastern affairs.  Male and female voice IDs at start, middle and end, "WPON - The Weapon" and gunfire sound fx.

Good production value, coherent theme, tho' not much different from typical WWCR programming (Alex Jones, "The Power Hour", etc.).  Verging on the clandestine political radio aesthetic.

For 0100-0200z transmission: SINPO - 44322, very good signal clarity at times, lots of fading to nearly inaudible.
For 0205-0305z: SINPO 44333, less fading, generally better intelligibility.
(N. Central TX - Palstar R30C, fugly homebrewed indoor coax loop.)

10 minutes, short segments from 0205-0240z, clear ID at end: http://www.mediafire.com/?imznlozmmre

Note: Some overlap between WPON and Toynbee Radio heard between 0050-0100 UTC, apparently unintentional as WPON was doing air check; and again at 0129 UTC, with brief Toynbee Radio recitation.  Unclear whether each station was not aware of the other.  This was clearly not the same station playing both programs, per others listeners around country.  Also, no Toynbee overlap was heard during the 0205-0305z rebroadcast of WPON.
