Unid station playing essentially southern rock.

0134 ID, Allmans "Ramblin' Man"

IDs seem to be given by a YL, in a low voice, and I cannot make them out.  Modulation seems thin here, although it's in around S4.
Very tough copy in noise, with a big hunk of digital snot sitting on it here.  Choppy fades.
