It's not free but I am partial to Black Cat HF Weather Fax, but that's because I wrote it  ;D   Quite a few HFU members use it.

being cheap, I use FLdigi,(no offense Chris) it works pretty well for wefax, and it is free.
That being said, I use it on linux, I have used it on a MAC quite a while ago, and with no problems, but I have never used it with microsoft.
In another life, I could have been a telephone engineer.

Using FLdigi here also. It is free but can have some quarks, on my laptop anyway, Windows 8.  I imaging paid software would work better.

I'm partial to the Black Cat version....it works great! For the price of a couple packs of smokes or a case of cheap beer you can't beat it! Easy to use and I've decoded some really good images since first jumping in to this interesting sideshow of the shortwave listening experience.
QSL's to poorbrookking >at< aol.com are greatly appreciated! All reception and postings using My radio, My antenna, and generally in real time(excluding posting of SSTV images!).

Fldigi here myself.
I may take a look at Multi-PSK as well one day soon. But for now Fldigi works just fine, running Win7 here at the moment and SDRPlay RSP2/SDRUno.
