The signal has been received on 5th of August 2019 from 05.20 till 05.40 UTC on 16020 kHz approximately:

The most similar mode in Sigidwiki base is CIS 3x100 VFT but it is marked as inactive.

The station seems to be active daily from about 05.00 UTC. Results of TDoA analysis point to Irkutsk environs (russia).
