Noise obliterated signal for 20 minutes
1745    man announcer in German with music in background
1755    Man announcer with ID in German  Radio grauen, followed by music selection
1757    music selection Oh Tannenbaum, a Christmas song
1758    man singing Jingle Bells
1800   Men singing
1802    next song men singing the selection
1804-1811  Men singing strange songs in German
1811  Man announcer in German with ID for Radio grauen, and possibly an address in German.
1813   Man announcer says "Hallo...Radio Grauen...then more music...
1814   signal dropped at least 10 db and audio went away...signal very weak but carrier still present.
1815   stopped monitoring
