So it looks like M08a and V02a are virtually obsolete in favor of HM01, that could be the reason why we don't hear it often..

"are virtually obsolete in favor of" is Priyom.org's take and quote;
 NSRIC (numbers-stations.com) has "Atención" inactive, but the (cut numbers) Morse is still listed as active
