2311 UTC - heard something about a comedy pirate station.
2318 UTC - some kind of comedy skit, heard something about Benjamin Franklin.
2321 UTC - Radio Comedy Club International ID ? ? ? ?
2326 UTC - Station ID again, I believe the station is RCCI - Radio Comedy Club International.
2336 UTC - Signal is improving.
2344 UTC - Off air.

2327 - music playing
2330 - carrier
2331 - ID (om), "You're listening to RCCI..."
2335 - country music (UTE QRM)
2338 - record skipping (UTE QRM)
2340 - ID (om), "...until next time" followed by whoop-whoop interval signal
2341 - Pee-Wee's Playhouse
2343 - gone?
