Why is this likely Heintje?   This was Radio Polkawelle...
Because Heintje was a D junior singer very well knowned in Germany in the early 60's,
and Radio Heintje is heard from time to time, and several songs were by a juniior voice.

But Radio Polkawelle is another name from the same team...
