9655 KHZ @ 2140 UTC 10 Oct 19 in Arabic.  Intermittent music between sermons from a YM. Stronger signal than usual.   Minimal to moderate QRN.  Signal spike to S20 @ 21:49 during a song with male vocals.   Then back to the sermons.

Switched to French @ 21:56.
