Skipmunk - I listened to some of your recording. The accent sounded like it might be Irish which makes me think of Blue Moon Radio from Ireland which has been heard on 6850 kHz in the past. It could be worth checking with him to see he if was on this evening - BlueMoonRadio188@gmail.com

Thanks for the tip ukdxer! I haven't heard Blue Moon Radio in a long time! I forgot they used this frequency before!  :)
I'm still hearing some brief weak fade ups of music at 2217 UTC
