17460 USB Feb 7 2022 00:10UTC S9 with deep fades. Listed as RDL Russian Navy CW. Sending what appears top be 5 figure/number groups. Sorry don't do code so using MultiPSK to decode. See linked sound file. Any help parsing what the send was would be appreciated.

Ending format doesn't seem to match RDL. message was 5FG with  "T" being sent for 0. Don't remember who sends 000 000 ( TTT TTT)  to end message, but I don't think it's RDL.
