Very good reception in unknown language.  None of my go-to resources identify a broadcaster on this frequency.  Anyone have any ideas?  Language sounds southern Asian or northern African (Arabic/Persian/Dari/Pashto?).

1630 Music to OM with perhaps news
1639 OM says "Iraq" "Iran" but VOIROI is not show for frequency
1649 OM succinctly saying one one word after another with slight pause, as if reading off a list or a set of numbers.
1651 IS/Radio ID tones (?) then YL with possible ID "Ray-dee-oh ____?" to Arabic sounding music
1659 Off mid-music

Tecsun H501x (broadcast received on this unless noted), Zenith T/O G500, Zenith T/O Royal 7000, Emerson AR-176, Zenith 8S154, T/O 7G605 (Bomber), Tecsun PL-600, Tecsun PL-880, Zenith 5S320, Realistic DX 160 using 40 feet of copper wire.  With apologies to Senator Gramm for his thoughts on firearms, "I have more radios than I need but not as many as I want."

Same unid as as the beginning of week. Now 1415 utc 23 Nov 2019.  Two OM's talking in unid language one sounds like he may be on phone.

1453 Unid music
1500 Signal got suddenly stronger, time pips....if OM gave ID could not understand in broadcast language
1532 Middle Eastern/Arabic/Subcontinent music
1558 OM singing with backing music, off mid-song to OM at top of hour, now choppy broadcast sounds like transmission problem

Good reception

1405 utc 24 Nov 2019

1405 Back once again, YL talking at length.  Then mideastern music, perhaps Turkish - still cannot find a broadcaster listed for this frequency.  I'm wondering if it a spur or harmonic.
1631 Whatever language this broadcasts happens to be, it sounded as if the words "Espana" and "Radio Espana" were just spoken.  Not unlike last week when "Iraq" and "Iran" were heard - DX mailbag portion of show?
1649 Same succinct annunciating of individual words like a week ago (see above) at exact same time
1651 Middle eastern sounding music
1656 Second middle eastern tune
1659 Like last Sunday, off mid-song at this time

"11540 kHz, VOA Radio Ashna in Pastho via Udon Thani to Iran on August 2, 2016 at 1654UTC. A very weak signal, barely above the static and fading with a man talking in the Pashto language. Audio here: https://soundcloud.com/onairdjpaulwalker/voa-ashna-11540-in-pashto-to"
