Sounds like alt CCM music or alt music.  Very distorted at times.

2154. 'Wild Irish Rose", Patrick, Jr with Id and talk including responding to a woman who wrote in, series of Irish instrumentals and rather lushly orchestrated songs, SSTV - "Argyle Radio" over Argyle plaid, off 2211.
