Windy is back this morning with 11.3 volts on the battery and 59 degrees wherever it may be. Here's to some sunny days to warm up the battery and get a solid charge going. 16:25z 18DEC2019

We are getting some decent sunshine in SoCal today. Windy has progressed from "S" to "H" so the battery is getting a little bit of a boost. Hopefully charging will exceed 11.6 volts and bring the telemetry back on line.

Has anyone here ever heard any "rumors" about Windy's antenna and transmit power?

Windy survived the night without killing the battery. I have trouble believing the early morning temperature reading. It takes a huge jump upwards so I suspect the temperature sensor is in the sun.

It probably needs a shield over it
