Heard the signal at 2015 around 2019 heard another voice saying 'Off the air' the announce saying 'All right'...strange sort of like a bust maybe???

Had him fair to good at 1928z when I stumbled across him.  About an S5 but noisy - big fades started about 1950z and pretty much gone by 2000z.
