USCG Voice HF Chesapeake 8764khz distorted???

Ive been noticing the last few days on 8764 usb that the automated voice is way over-driven and the signal is real wide, wider than normal and its hard to make out whats being said. I have sdr console in Wide USB and i still cant make out whats being said....i use to be able to hear everything real good in regular usb mode. Heres a pic just now taken in Wide USB but cant make out whats being said...Its a little better in regular usb mode but nothing like it use to be...

DX-392 (a little more than 20 years old)
Endfed 85' longwire antenna
Homemade 9:1 balun using T 200-2 toroid

Happens often, and the do the same thing on some of their fax bcasts. You can email them and let them know, they might appreciate it.
