tuned in at 2230utc, weak signal, sounds like FDR speaking about meeting with prime minister Churchill and others, also speaking about events of world war two, tuned back in at 2320, marine corp band playing "hail to the chief" with commentary about arrival of FDR, at 2328 said you are listening to WFDR New York, then off.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

2316 UTC Choral singing with "O Little Town of Bethlehem" segue into \ "Hark the Herald Angels Sing"
2318 UTC "Oh Holy Night"-United States Marine Band(cornet solo by Winfred Kemp?)
2319 UTC Sounds like a church service
2321 UTC Some kind of World War 2 audio clip with OM then "Hail to the Chief"-United States Marine Band, followed by OM describing the entrance of President Roosevelt and Mr's Roosevelt...Christmas Party
2328 UTC OM with "You are listening to W-F-D-R New York...Merry Christmas
This seems to be one of the Tree Lighting ceremonies during the FDR first term....not sure which year, possibly 1935 or 1936?
