Radio Ken 6925.13 AM 0236

Hard to pick off Captain Morgan's audio.

Ments "AM and FM", "...96.9", "...this is like free  radio"  over dance music
"Hey, hey, hey...stop with the lawnmower; I'm on the radio!"
Sirens & raid, doorbell, the knock "We have the building surrounded"
"...where's the baseball bat?"
"This is the FCC.  Never f#ck with us; you'll always lose."
Off abruptly at 0247

Good signal at S9, but sharing the channel with CM SW.

At one point, I think an ID was given.  This was probably the op in the story and not the op in RL.  It was very hard to hear, but sounded somewhat like "Cool Dice Slice Radio".

IDed by Chris L as Radio Ken.

Thanks...very interesting!

Noted weak station in am mode 6925 kHz 0236-0247 01-25-11 Talking by OM “This is 96.9 Radio Ten?? ... Right down the street from McDonalds”. Rolling Stones music. Mentions of FCC, Free Radio.
“Free Radio ....Really cool”  Siren sound effects .... This is the police department”... Mentions of the FCC.  Weak and poor in disturbed conditions.  Originally thought it was Radio Ten but after listening to a studio quality version of the show it was indeed Free Radio Ken!

Thanks, Chris!  After seeing SeaLord's log from earlier today, I began to wonder if this was indeed Radio Ken.  There was a ment, in the noise on my recording, of something like "...this ain't no Barbie and Ken...".

Appreciate the info!
