Finally heard a station clearly on 1710 kHz today, about S5, but no id's! All oldies music, listened from 1851 UTC to 1939 UTC. Fairly steady, but I only recognized some of the songs:

1907 UTC   "My Heart Skips a Beat"
1910 UTC   "I'm in Heaven"
1915 UTC   "You Make Me Want to Shout"

1926 UTC   "The Boulevard of Broken Dreams"
