Hello dues how are ya today??


Im trying to get a direct link to this station so I can play it in WMP or whatever but I cant seem to get it. (Its a .AAC link I think) It wont play embedded on that page.....

www.wptrradio.com/streaming

Can someone please see if they can pull it for me??

Sometimes you can view the page source and find the underlying stream link.  In this case they are embedding a streaming player from their provider and I could not locate a link as such.

I wish stations would go back the old way of streaming and allow you just the raw link.  I don't want a browser running a streaming application, I have other software and hardware for that.  Alas...

Ya I checked the source redhat but nothing........

Well I did get playerservices.streamtheworld.com/streamid= something but trying that direct doesnt do anything!!

When your connected to the stream Jim what IP address is connected? (Goto netstat and you should see it)
