WPOD, 2-21-12, 0146-0202*, 6.925.03U, sigs hr at S2-4, couple of commercials for Job Rolling Papers, music & lots of home-made stuff, towards the end sounded like "Hail to the Chief", then ID's and off.  pretty difficult copy in and slightly above the static level.  Pse QSL if possible.  Thnks.

Heard here since 0148 with details as above.
Poor to fair here in the noise.
Either faded out or c/d around 0204z (I heard Hail to the Chief also...)
