1956 - SINPO 33333 on an SDR in Norway.
1957 - TX off the air?
2006 - TX still there. Reception has improved.

Thanks for the tip Ray! Sadly, my antenna doesn't tune well to 75 meters. I can hear a weak carrier on 3910.5ish, but the ham op QRM is killing it.
