WDHP Frederiksted , VI   Fair/ good on peaks and also Rebelde on occasion .
Garbled id around 0320 with reference to 103.7 mhz  and checked against their web player.
Playing Farmer Happy and Lil' Bits/Co- sign  and Pressure Busspipe / for you according to Shazam after 0320

Rebelde same audio as 5025 kHz

Got a dirty insulator or connection in the neighborhood radiating noise that the utility has not
repaired...  will have to wait until it fails completely before they fix it.   :(
