11775 KHZ @ 1311 UTC.  YL announcer in English with standard Evangelical preaching re: Moses, Israel etc etc etc.  Erratic signal strength with moderate to heavy QSB/QRN.
I know this station only kicks out 100 kw but it seems I can never  get anything approaching a clear signal here is Southern Wisconsin
