Over The Horizon Radar OTHR

following on the conversation About OTHR signals
Had a quick look about the bands  and Logged  the following, Location: Scotland  Time: 19:00 -19:15 UTC  Date:23/02/2022 , SDRPlayRSP pro ,11Mtr Endfed
8.9060 Strong
6.4720  Weak
6.550   Weak , 20Hz bandwidth
and  6720  weak
Because of the nature of OTHR,s  They will use the best  frequency for Propagation, so may jump about 
SDRPlay RSP2Pro 11mtr Endfed

I do see what appear to be ionosoundes sweeping by , but they could be anybody’s.
